The Nazi heavy tank, a design close to the Rhino Tank that would appear later in Red Alert 2. Although being a late-game advanced design, the Tiger is more of a close match to the T-55, the Soviet basic tank, even when it comes to gun caliber (90mm on the Tiger Tank VS 100mm on the T-55). However, the T-55 fires low-velocity HE shells, while the Tiger Tank fires shells that are effective against tanks and fortifications alike (supposedly something like HESH), but useless against infantry, meaning that while a T-55 may win against infantry that would take out a Tiger Tank, a Tiger will clearly be the victor in any tank-on-tank battle with a T-55, or maybe even two.
