This heavy tank fires "tesla battery shells" which burst into electric discharges upon impact.

I would like to explicitely state that I did not use ripped code or graphics for this unit! I only recreated a unit with the same name and a weapon system resembling the one on the Stalin's Fist. Furthermore, Stalin's Fist may only be a project name and turn out to be IS-3 in the finished mod!
