The Shilka is basically the AA Gun from Red Alert, put on a tracked chassis. The Shilka provides mobile anti-aircraft support to the Soviet forces, which otherwise lack aa weapons on their mobile forces. The weapon is short-ranged, but within its limited range, it can tear its way through almost any aerial unit with a few rounds.
