The Rocket Launcher is a piece of artillery intended to augment the larger Mobile Artillery in battles against numbers that are too much for the low rate of fire of the Mobile Artillery to take. The Rocket Launcher is a small, tracked vehicle which mounts a frame for four rockets. While nowhere near the range of the real Artillery or the armor of a tank, it is a reasonable countermeasure against infantry and light buildings. Imagine it as a Katyusha, but with more armor applied, and moving on tracks.
