This unit launches cruise missiles at a target location - at a LOCATION, not a target, meaning that any mobile target the missiles are launched at can avoid being hit by leaving the impact zone. The cruise missiles can also be shot down, though they travel at a higher altitude than the V Rocket, making it harder to be shot down.
