The Panzer IV is a basic Nazi tank. By the time of The Third Power, the Panzer IV is already outdated and rarely employed in front action, therefore it is not normally available. However, some units in the rear or in remote areas still use the tank. It can still outrun all soviet tanks, but cannot be used effectively against anything but light vehicles, because most tanks will outgun it and its AP shells are ineffective against vehicles.
